How can I exchange items?

If you want to exchange an item, we ask you to return the received goods to us within 14 days after receipt and to carry out a new order. Pay attention to the points listed below, in order to ensure a quick and uncomplicated handling of a return.


How can I return my order?

If you do not like an article, you will be given a 14-day return policy on all orders. We do not admit a general, unlimited right of return. Of course, the legal provisions apply. The details of your right of withdrawal, please refer to the cancellation policy. Please note the following points for a return shipment:

  • Do not remove attached labels.
  • Use the original packaging.
  • Please provide the return with a clear, informal note about yourself and your order, so that the article can be correctly assigned and the invoice amount can be refunded immediately.
  • Be sure to free the package at your own expense from a shipping service provider of your choice.
  • A return of worn, dirty or damaged items may be associated with value replacement.
  • If the item has been shipped damaged, please contact Photographic Credits to RedBridgeJeans Customer Support at support@redbridgejeans.com upon receipt.

Can I arrange a pick-up date for returns?

The agreement of a pickup date of the return is unfortunately not possible.


Do I have to pay for a return?

The return costs of packages are generally to be borne by you. It is completely up to you with which shipping service provider you return the package to us. However, we recommend that you always ship the package insured, otherwise tracking a shipment is not possible. Please keep the receipt with the tracking number, which you receive from the shipping service provider, for any queries about your return carefully.


How do I get my money back if I return an item?

As soon as the goods have arrived back in our warehouse, they will be checked as soon as possible and we will refund you the purchase price within 7 to 10 working days from receipt of the return in our warehouse in the same way as you have paid for the goods. Please understand that this process takes a little time because your return has to go through several departments.


How do I know if my return has arrived?

Since you have to take care of the return shipping yourself, you can check under the tracking number, which you have received from the shipping service provider of your choice, if your return has already reached us.


You can also use our sample cancellation form for returns.
This is not required by law.
